Shipping Policy

If the parcel cannot be located at your delivery address after it has been signed for, we will be unable to resend it or issue a refund; once it has been confirmed that the item has been delivered to your address, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.

As delivery methods vary by country, we accept no liability for parcels where the carrier has made multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts; it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with our carrier to ensure the parcel is received at a suitable time and location; we accept no liability for failed deliveries or returns resulting from the customer’s failure to collect the parcel despite receiving an email or text message notification prompting collection; if the goods are returned to ECOEVS due to undeliverability, we will not issue a refund.

The buyer is responsible for cooperating with customs to complete clearance procedures. If customs requires the buyer’s information or additional duty payments, and clearance fails due to the buyer’s failure to cooperate, we shall not be held liable for the failure of clearance.
